1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Coppice Furniture website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Accuracy & Natural Variations We strive for 100% accuracy in our digital catalog. However, due to screen calibration and the artisanal nature of our imported pieces, minor color and texture variations may occur. For specific material queries, please consult our concierge before purchase.

3. Ordering & Payment Payment must be cleared in full via our secure gateway before an order enters the "Processing" stage. Coppice Furniture reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.

4. Shipping & Delivery Logistics

• Estimates: Delivery timelines are projections, not guarantees.

• Accuracy: Redelivery fees caused by incorrect addresses or "no-show" appointments will be charged to the customer.

• Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the furniture fits into the intended space.

5. Returns & Exchanges Items must be returned in original, "as-new" condition. Custom-ordered or bespoke imported pieces may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see our [Return Policy] for the full process.

6. Limited Warranty Our pieces carry a warranty against structural manufacturing defects. This does not cover:

• Standard wear and tear (fabric pilling, softening of cushions).

• Damage from environmental factors (direct sunlight, extreme humidity).

• Misuse or improper cleaning.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, high-resolution AI renders, and brand text are the exclusive property of Coppice Furniture. Any unauthorized commercial use is subject to legal action.
